TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated: July 29, 2026

By enrolling in The Pattern Break Method (“Program”), a 90-day small-group coaching container offered by Victoria Kennedy Coaching (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. Program Overview

The Pattern Break Method is a 90-day, small-group coaching container, delivered through live group calls (Tuesdays, 1:00pm ET, twice monthly) and a private community hosted on MemberUp. The Program is coaching — not therapy, medical treatment, or mental health counseling — and is not a substitute for either. See Section 8.

2. Participant Conduct

We are committed to providing all participants with a safe, productive experience. The Company may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the Program — live, recorded, or within the private community — without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments, if you:

•      Become disruptive or difficult for other participants or the Company to work with;

•      Fail to follow Program guidelines or community standards; or

•      Impair the participation or experience of the Company or other participants in the Program.

3. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and require that you respect the privacy of fellow participants. You agree:

•      Not to infringe any participant's or the Company's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;

•      That anything shared by other participants or the Company during the Program is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely to the person who disclosed it or to the Company;

•      Not to disclose such information to any person outside the Program, and not to use it for any purpose other than your own participation;

•      That all materials provided to you (worksheets, recordings, curriculum, session content) are the Company's confidential, proprietary intellectual property, for your individual use only, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold;

•      That violating — or showing any likelihood of violating — this section entitles the Company and/or affected participants to injunctive relief.

You are free to discuss your own individual results and experience in the Program. You must keep the experiences and statements of other participants — shared live, in the community, or otherwise — strictly confidential.

Your participation is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

4. Program Content

•      Program content and coaching are intended for a general audience and do not constitute advice tailored to any individual's specific circumstances.

•      All materials, curriculum, and content made available by the Company or its facilitators, in any format, are for your individual use in connection with the Program only.

•      Program content may not be sold, recorded, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise distributed without the Company's express written consent.

•      Program content is educational and practice-based. If you choose to apply — or not apply — anything from the Program, you take full responsibility for your own decisions and actions.

•      The Company assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in Program materials.

5. Payment Terms

•      The Program is a 90-day container providing group coaching, accountability, and private community access. Live calls do not roll over or carry credit if unattended.

•      The founding member rate is $1,997, payable as listed on the checkout page provided during enrollment. If a payment plan is offered, its terms will be specified at checkout.

•      Once enrolled, no pauses, suspensions, or cancellations of payment will be made regardless of changed circumstances, availability, or personal decision to stop participating. Any exception is at the Company's sole discretion.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

•      The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from participation in the Program. Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and factors beyond the Company's control.

•      The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your participation in the Program.

7. Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, cyberattacks, or labor disputes. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected live sessions.

8. Not Therapy or Medical Advice

•      The Program is coaching. It is not therapy, psychiatric treatment, or a substitute for mental health care, and it is not intended to diagnose or treat any mental health condition.

•      Any business, relationship, or personal strategies discussed are for informational and educational purposes only.

•      If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical support, you should seek care from a licensed therapist, physician, or emergency services, as appropriate.

•      You should seek independent professional advice from a qualified therapist, physician, attorney, or financial advisor before making decisions based on Program content.

9. Modifications to This Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or shared directly with enrolled participants, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
