For women who already know — and are ready to stop waiting for permission to say it out loud.

naming what’s true

A 6-session 1:1 coaching container with Victoria Kennedy

You've done the journaling. You've been in therapy. You can describe your patterns with precision.

And you're still in the same place.

Not because you don't have clarity. Because there's a difference between knowing something and naming it. Knowing lives quietly in your chest. Naming requires saying the thing out loud — to yourself first, then to someone who will sit with it alongside you.

Most of the women I work with don't need more information. They need one space where they can finally say the thing they've been thinking at 10pm — and hear it not be catastrophic.

That's what we do here.

You already live in Know. You feel the pull. The direction is visible, even if you haven't said it yet. The work is moving through to Act — one named truth at a time.

NAMING WHAT’S TRUE

a 6-session 1:1 container built around that chain. No scripts, no worksheets to perform. Six private 60-minute sessions over approximately three months — at the pace the work actually requires.

HOW THIS WORKS

Start with one session.

The first session is $200, standalone. At the end of it, we both decide if it's the right fit. If it isn't, you walk away with your $200 and your answer. If it is, the $200 applies toward the full container.

No pitch. No follow-up pressure. Just a conversation — and the beginning of naming what's true.

The cost of the first session applies toward the full container if we decide to continue.

Keynote: Stop Waiting for the Greenlight

Substack: The Other Love Story

I spent two decades being the person everyone counted on. I was very good at it. And for a long time, the competence was enough to quiet the question I kept not asking.

My path to solo motherhood — the fertility treatments, the years of waiting and choosing without certainty — taught me something uncomfortable: clarity comes after the decision, not before. You don't wait until you're sure. You name what's true, and you move toward it.

I didn't have someone walking alongside me through that. That's what I do with you now.

The work is naming what's true — and claiming it without apology.

What you might be wondering.

  • We begin with what's actually true for you right now — not the polished version, the real one. I'll ask direct questions and I won't flinch at the answers. By the end, we both know whether this container is the right fit. If it is, the $200 applies toward the full program. If it isn't, you walk away with your money — and with something you said out loud, which is not nothing.

  • Most women I work with have a therapist — and keep them. Therapy helps you understand your patterns. This work helps you act differently. Those are different things, and they work well together. If you can explain exactly what's happening and why, and you're still not acting differently — that gap is what this is for.

  • Therapy is clinical support for mental health. Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. This isn't therapy, and it's not a replacement for it. This work is for women who are functioning well on the outside and stuck at the inside — specifically at the gap between knowing and acting.

  • Six sessions over approximately three months, at a cadence that works for your actual life — typically twice a month. Each session is 60 minutes over video. We move at the pace the work requires: not rushing, not stalling.

  • The founding rate is $1,500 for the full 6-session container. Standard pricing is $2,500. The founding rate is available to the first few women I work with — both because I'm building this container with real women in real time, and because I want the entry point to be accessible while I do that. When this cohort closes, pricing moves to standard.

  • Start with one session. That's exactly what it's there for. You don't need to commit to six sessions to find out whether this work makes sense. Book the first one and we'll decide together.
